Dr. Virginia Duffy is a Ph.D. prepared Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner. She is an experienced educator, psychotherapist and mental health consultant. As a faculty member at the University of Rochester School of Nursing in NY, she was honored with the Dean's award for excellence in teaching.

Dr. Duffy currently maintains a practice of psychiatric consultation and medication management. Her practice settings include: mental health centers, a university counseling center, nursing homes, developmental disability clinics and an inpatient psychiatric unit in upstate NY.

Dr. Duffy is a professional speaker and has presented a variety of mental health topics on both a national and international level. Her presentations have consistently received excellent reviews. She is available for seminars and workshops.  Dr. Duffy's expertise is in the areas of:
