My Own Personal Health Crisis

This is a pretty personal post, ignore it if you wish, I won’t mind! I would like to hear your comments about this kind of post.
Well when it rains it pours, I have 2 new illnesses this week. (Well not new, just actually diagnosed). I have spent most of the week in doctor’s offices or having tests. I have had Hepatitis C for many years, now it has progressed to Cirrhosis. Statistics show I will probably live another 5-10 yrs. (Hopefully most of it good.) I am also officially a diabetic, Yuk this really means I have to control my sweet intake (a very big weakness of mine).
My heart doctor says I am doing fine. (I have 4 stents.)
Of course I need to loose weight (for the 100th time). Weight reduction will help my heart, liver and diabetes. Do you think I can do it? I know one way that has been successful for me so far. Go to Africa. So I am off again for 4 weeks at the end of March.
My trips to Africa are also part of my Bucket list, which I am adding to every day. So far here it is.
